Not had one of these for a while but we all know the ladies like a nice toned six-pack and gym fit body right?
But what about a thread in appreciation of us, erm, slightly less disciplined gym goers that don't spend quite so much time on the cardio and weights but do spend a little more time on the flapjacks?
Less protein shakes, more deluxe hot chocolate with squirty cream, marshmallows and choccy sprinkles?
Can anyone out there appreciate the more, um, "squidgy" midriff once in a while?
Remember : this isn't an ANTI gym fit thread (so keep any neggy comments to the negativity sponge thread please!), it's more of a pro Dad-bod one!

I'm still in the dad bod club but my membership subs have decreased. I'd love to say by how much but I'm to tight to buy scales so I'm working on belt holes. I'm down 2 so far. The mad thing is I'm not even really trying other than only taking 1 sugar in my tea rather than 2 and I've stopped drinking my normal 3 or 4 jd and s a night. |

One here who's doomed to forever be sub 10st, even eating everything with cream, build up shakes and 6 meals a day (docs orders!).
The downside to a physical job, combined with overactive muscles..I burn as much as I eat without trying.  |

With my fat fizzog and beer monster belly, I would definitely describe mine as a dad bod.
I have recently joined a gym, but continually find myself doing strength instead of cardio exercising.
I'll be 50 in a cpl of weeks, so maybe it should be granddad bod? |

I like various men. Some lean, some less lean. They are all good company, which makes them super attractive to me. So while I don't have a preference for a dad bod over any other type I also don't prefer any other type over a dad bod. |

Absolutely, you ignore mine and I'll ignore yours. And should any bits make it onto the images I'll photoshop away, but means I'll have to take a very close look, all in a professional artistic way ofcourse X |

Used to worry a lot about my dad bod, but meets from here have quashed that fear, wear my dad bod with pride now...
