It would depend on the reasons given, the length of time the meet had been agreed and confirmed etc. Twice in quick succession by the same person would probably be enough for me unless there were very exceptional circumstances. |

Depends who and what the reason is. A good friend cancelled on Friday for this Thursday but the reason was good. So that's fine.
The ones I don't like are people that say they are going to meet early in week say mon then at really short notice say as in the day before late night say this is the location. To me that's annoying because it's a mad rush on the day to work out logistics.

Once if seemed a reasonable excuse okay.. twice.. well guess again it would depend on how well verified they were and what they said.
Had to cancel twice myself due to genuine reasons but i did send evidence of the reasons. |
