sorry guys not bdsm !!! but tendonitis....I have it and the pain is excruciating.
I have it in my right hand which of course is my main hand !!!!
so not only does it hurt but it is very awkward to use your left hand for the most mundane of things...ie washing,brushing teeth,wiping bottom !!! sorry, even buttering a piece of toast.
And of course I can't bloody play lol so all the jobs I promised to myself that I would get done as I am off this week will not get done !!!!
oh well will just have to enjoy the sun...

all i can suggest mate is to rest it... couple of ibruopfen and a reusable heat wrap.... |

hey Fabio,
eating lots of ibobrufen mate beieve me also got the gel as well !!!
but it is soooo difficult to rest it as it's is obviously second nature to use it all the time.
