For someone arrive for an appointment.

They are supposed to be here this morning. Between 8 - 1. They got 10 minutes then im off out.

Guys complain on here about not getting meets, so you'd think that when a guy gets one then he'd make sure he turned up as arranged.

So things occur at the last minute, but almost all of us are running about with mobiles these days, so a phone call shouldn't be a problem!
