For those of us who are thinking of cutting down fab time and finding it slightly too addictive, any tips?!

Well cutting back to evenings and weekends first and then gradually wean myself off

Maybe a fab buddy, like they have for AA? I'm a hopeless case at the moment, not sure how much hope there is for me.. Very addictive

Just relax, and it will probably sort itself out, I was going online for hoiurs at one point, then I realised that most of the threads were repeated every couple oif days, so I just slowed down naturally

If I was to be your FAB buddy... It would definitely be via FAB... A bit pointless... Maybe I'd have to install kik... Terrifying thought!

find other things to do, really is as simple as that. i've got loads done this past couple of weeks.
