Is fab forum a bit like high school?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Hi everyone. Does anyone else think that fab forum is a bit like high school?
We have the pretty girls whom everyone wants to fuck.
We have the mean girls whom bitch about everyone and everything
We have the fit guys whom still not get laid
We have the class clown (hi everyone that's me) whom just has a laugh and doesn't realize gets on everyone's nerves.
We have the debate club whom just argue with eachother and don't listen or taking in someone else's point
We have the homed class obsessed with cakes and cookies
Any more you can think of?
Please be nice and respectful. Being an arse won't get you laid. At the end of the day that the point of being here
MrsSB
Fancy a fuck? |

At college I did quite well.
Got glasses, ditched the braces, started wearing dinner jackets and silk shirts. Came out... and started fucking.
God knows what the rest of you were up to. |

It was bursting with crap, alcoholic teachers in various shades of shit brown suits with elbow patches and garlic breath.
I hid most of the time. |

String quartet here and first violinist at county orchestra. At the time I was a bit embarrassed about it (it wasn't that cool, well not as cool as the netball girls) but now I can not so humbly brag about it! |

I'm not sure which category I fit into?
At school I was the studious one, Teacher's pet, head girl and always the one picking the team, not waiting to be picked. However, I looked like a Bean Pole and sport was my Bessie mate.
I was definitely more confident then I guess.
The Forums cater to all tastes and can be highly amusing .

I'm not quite sure which category I fit in, probably the same as at school, a mixture of everything. I was a all rounder, not quite in the super popular girls gang but was good friends with a lot of those who were, I could be a nasty bitch when I wanted but also the class clown when the feeling took me. I also deeply cared about others and would befriend anyone I felt could do with extra help or support. I could be extremely rebellious at times and I was boy obsessed!
So yeah about the same. |

It was comprehensive where I lived but I have found out it was high school in Exeter although now all the schools are colleges again.
Comprehensive? Isn't that a posh thing, or from the 1960s . It was high school.
This forum is nothing like school. In school people would play out when you asked them.
How is comprehensive a posh thing? And it's not from the 1960s...it's what most big secondary schools would still be called if they hadn't all converted to academies.
High school is high school. It's only high school if you've got the 3 tier system, ie first, middle, high. Everywhere with a 2 tier system its primary and secondary.
I feel like I need detention
Still high school.
Except when it's not. High school is 14-18."
I live in an area with a 2 tier system and went to X High school. Before that, infants, juniors and then onto high school for y7. |

I was pretty much ignored at secondary school since I was one of the swots. Apart from the occasional time when one of the pretty, popular crowd decided I needed taking down a peg or two; either because I blatantly didn't give a shit what they thought or because one of 'their' crowd paid attention to me. So, a bit like on here in a lot of ways. Well, the forum anyway. |

I'm sure you know this, but your posts aren't ever ignored. You are one of the more rational and interesting posters in our view |

I would probably be the guy in school who doesn't say much/keeps a low profile or ever gets noticed.
But by night....lets just say I have an ever growing blood lust and the only way it will ever stop is if I get caught by the police.
Either that or I disappear into the darkness never to be seen again but always quietly there in the shadows......
waiting to resurface when they least expect it. |

"Hi everyone.
Whoa whoa whoa, when I likened the Forum to an American high school using similar language I got nothing but bile and vitriolic responses posted. It's bloody right this thing is run by nothing more than a queen bee driven clique.
High school terminology clique
Accepted . You just not as funny as me
MrsSB "
Got a nicer arse though! |

You had infants school then junior school then comprehensive.
It's different around the country then.
We have primary school. Then at eleven yrs. secondary school. But it's called high school. They exist in the U.K. Op.
"
Exactly. Not all secondary school are colleges. So many secondary schools down south are still named secondary schools. High schools were their previous names back in the day. |

Not sure either of us fitted in any category. ..
I suppose we were both "popular" yet nerdy in our own way.
I got away with a lot because I looked really sweet and Cal was not exactly a model student ...
I knew Cal by reputation long before I actually met him |

I think you'll find that there's hundreds of high schools in Scotland.I believe our Amarican cousins adopted the custom and style. |

High school from Highlands? Ayeee!
That is as may be, but the vast, vast majority are either 6th forms or colleges.
