Only works if the handle is pointing backwards....otherwise it just focuses them into your cerebral cortex and they can take you over!

don't listen to them OF COURSE it gives you total protection, everyone knows that. For extra coverage line the saucepan with tin foil.

Not always but it does hurt and you end up with a big lump on your head in my experience.

Bring to the boil and then simmer for 20 mins (you might need to lay on the worktop to achieve this).
