Today I had the most enjoyable lemon drizzle cake. I'd normally head straight for the chocolate fudge but in a fit of outrage at the lack of that, I accidentally picked up lemon drizzle and was quite pleasantly surprised.
So, what's your go to cake?! |

I haven't had cake for so long but I am big into lemon drizzle or failing that, it has to be good old fashioned Victoria sponge. |

Can I just state for the record that I love all cake equally! Flat cakes, tall cakes, plain cakes. Flavoured cakes, frosted and unfrosted, even fairy cakes. |

My carrot passion cake with cream cheese frosting.
It has bananas and walnuts in it and is to die for, but I rarely make it (unless for customers, I bake novelty cakes too) because I can literally eat it until I feel sick! 
Oh and my butterscotch cake with salted caramel buttercream is pretry popular as well x |

But I've been advised not to eat cake, or pastry, or it seems anything that's not that good for me so now I can only dream about it....
