Nothing to rant about, just had an excellent few days camping, repacked the car ready for the next trip in 3-days' time, pets snoozing happily next to me, life is grand!  |

ok ive been feeling crumby for months due to various health issues, ive had a chest infection thats just zapped me of what little energy i did have left(yes im feeling sorry for myself)and i STILL try to be all smiles for my princess
My rant is to those people who work and have jobs with no children who bitch at people who dont work and have children. Its bloody hard work being a single parent, i dont get any time off when i get a sniffle, my job is 24-7, 365 a year and i have to continue to be a happy go lucky mummy..

Well from my time spent in Texas....i would assume an NFL draft party, is an excuse to drink beer whilst you find out which american football teams have chosen whatever players to join their teams for the new season.....correct me if im wrong Fabio. |

thats about it... and laugh at who other teams have chosen/ or cry when they don't take the player you think they should...
and they have now for all us draft junkies extended it to 3 days... round 1 on thurs night/friday morning.... rounds 2 and 3... friday night/saturday morning.. and rounds 4-7 on saturday night......
any excuse for alcohol...... |

I hate threads that moan!
I come here to escape and have a giggle.
I don't come here to rant or to whinge because I have nothing to moan about and even if I did have something bothering me, I stop and take a moment to think about the millions of people in the world who are way worse off than I am and it puts the small things into perspective.

To be fair, that's been taken totally out of context. She was merely replying to someone who said she hated who work complaining about those who have kids and don't. But she wasn't asking for general sympathy. |
