This is one of my most common first messages received. I generally reply with Hi, but maybe I should change tact. How would or do you reply to the hi message. |

I would,nt reply to a one line message never mind a one word and I,m a single guy but then I would,nt sent a message like that. |

Usually.....
"Hi I don't think you have read our profile as it clearly says, one liners or non descriptive mail will be deleted, so maybe have a read and remain us if interested"

I don't reply to messages on here. If people can't be bothered to put pen to paper, find an envelope, buy a stamp and walk to a post box then k do t see why I should be bothered to talk to them.
It's the same in the real world. If someone says hello to me but doesn't then give me at lest 5 good reasons why they're talking to me (and have an affidavit from at least 3 people to prove they are who they say they are) I just ignore them.
How dare people try to break the ice with me!!! |

Sometimes we reply with hi and other times just delete it as if they can't give us more than that in a first message I'm not sure they would be much excitement

I get butterflies and jizz in my pants when I get a message! Then I have a good cry when it's a "thanks but no thanks".
