I'm no tea snob, bung a PG tips or Tetley teabag into a mug and I'm happy. My extravagance is Twinings English Breakfast tea every now and then when I feel I'm worth it |

My last house had a mint bush in the garden. There was nothing better than going out and ripping a few fresh leaves off and brewing them up with some honey.
Mmm

Thomsons punjana or
Yorkshire tea bags
They're the only 2 I buy now.
I like it strong with a nice reddy brown colour.
Been told to switch to camomile though by my GP. I'm not keen |

A good strong cup of plain builders tea does the trick for me every day....the type you can stand your spoon up in...dash of milk no sugar (used to have two spoons of the stuff till about two years ago, couldn't go back to sugary tea now!!).

Depends on the time of day ;
Assam in the morning
Darjeeling in the afternoon
Both should be preferably pekoe or orange pekoe ; ( flowery orange pekoe if you can get it)
Not teabags, either; because they usually use crappy fannings in teabags ( especially he cheap ones ) And it tastes dusty and gritty.
