"Purely a self centred needy post but having just had recent surgery I'm hurting really really bad and laid here feeling sorry for myself and have no one to give me a hug and make me feel better  "

Rest up. If you have used up your pain killers, then try listening to some relaxing music and breathing slowly and deeply.
Don't know how many days after the operation you are, maybe ask your doctor for an increase in strength tablets.
Hope you manage to get to sleep. It will get easier as each day passes. Hugs xx |

While the guys are a hugging i will be practical and do your washing and ironing and make a casserole for you to have later ile plug the slow cooker in next to you so you dont have to move far xx |

Where as I got give plenty of that, codeine and they forgot my anti inflammatories! I had a carrier bag full of stuff though - even had to inject myself for 2 weeks!
Get better soon lovely (alcohol helps sleep - naughty as it maybe) xx |
