Absolutely... You could have an issue with your prostate. I'd go Asap just to make sure everything is ok.

Only been last week I have noticed was hope was just over worked. It's like a round 3 load on first go

this, most probably all is absolutely fine but if it isn't then the earlier diagnosis the better!
