Loads of B vitamins and Vit C with a pint of water. Trick is to take them going to bed after a night out, sorted when you wake up
Better still, cut back on the liquor

The exercise is a good hangover buster, in my 20's used to be out clubbing and drinking every Friday night then I played for a 5 a side football team on Saturday afternoon. Always turned up at football with a hangover but after 10 minutes playing the hangover would be gone. |

Plain hula hoops (red packet), bottle of water, 2 paracetamol, and wait for it, a very sweet cup of tea. It works for me, and I don’t have sugar in my tea.
You need to replace your water and sugar levels and soak up the drink.
Hope it helps |
