omg how safe is our investment these days an elderly couple bought beautifull house abroad then after five years they got a letter right then police arrived water electric cut off and a demolishing company coming to knock down dream home poor guy has heartattack or something with no money left they couldn't move sad days all because there house is upon rustic land well makes you think twice doesn't it property abroad shame for the couple on tv now xxx |

I say it's all a huge con upon us uk folk Spain LOL they builds houses we buy then find out something drastic in end and left pennyless even though it's there mistake |

three hundred thousand then worth double that just before demolished shame now thx to other neighbours there goods are ok but living in caravan feet away from demolished site |

Never buy in spain, they have daft laws to allow forced sales or simple demolishment like above, they even still use a daft system where debt is tied to a property (allowing you to sell the house with all its debts, to some daft sod who dosn't ralize)
even worse its common practice to build with zero planning permissions, so you can actualy build and sell a house only for the buyer to find they cant actualy own a house on that location... |

Thats good serene mearly bringing to attention the Spain end in costa del soul aswell this property guy Rob bolmint conned three hundred and fifty million from fifty people false promises he dissappeard LOL Rob got convicted five years in Yorkshire now conned these poor folk hes on run again so many people broke now it's sad |

Finding rural homes in France is getting more difficult. There's something about inheritance law in France which, I believe, means you can't exclude any children from their share of an inheritance. That's why you'll see so many derelict properties in rural areas 'cos the kids can't agree how to dispose of it. |

Nothing rural or rustic for us. Something by or near to the sea will do quite nicely.
Was in Cap D'Agde in June and the estate agent windows were full of suitable places |

Dont you recall Forrest fire in Greece though thousands of homes burnt down bugger that I'd rather have a wave so Philippines for me likes LOL manila beach beautifull but then again indanesia gorgeous aswell |
