The drop from 32 on Thursday to 16 today has left me decidedly cold.

What can you do to warm me up?

Bring Hughes along too. One on either side is bound to be hotter than just one.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm normally fine with the cold but today has been a shock to the system I think.

It's definitely nearing time when men are worth it just for their body heat at night

I bought a pair of pull on boots on an impulse buy today (against my new rules on buying footwear) just because I was feeling cold.

Haha you're joking aren't you? My face has been known to frighten entire townsfolk away.

I lived in a small village called montalbano in southern Italy.

It's not cold enough for that. My summer duvet is 3 tog and my winter one is 4.5 tog. No one likes to visit my bed in winter.

Hot water bottle in September? That seems extreme. I couldn't cope with an electric blanket (also extreme for 16 degrees).

More than happy to if you like, just wouldnt think you would? There is something quite magical about snuggling together watching logs ablaze with flames dancing and the light twinkling off goblets of wine while hearing them crackling in the grate, is the M5 busy this time of night?
