Me too. I have absolute rules that the heating doesn't go on until 1st November (and it's off on 1st April). |

I'm the same but mine goes off earlier, probably March. I've had my fire on earlier, but only for 30 mins |

I was thinking the same thing. I'm normally fine with the cold but today has been a shock to the system I think.

It's not cold enough for that. My summer duvet is 3 tog and my winter one is 4.5 tog. No one likes to visit my bed in winter. |

obviously you being so short-arsed is a disadvantage.......going by the theory that hot air rises........you being on "platform shoes" or if you don't suffer from vertigo and taking a chance by going on stilts .......this most definitely warm you up.
