Brabus BMW seven series, didn't have it for long as the ave 12mpg was killing us..
We took mum & dad to South Wales then North Wales for a two week touring holiday..The fuel bill came to more than the cottage rental
One of those nice ideas that wasn't so smart, was also the fastest car too as no speed limiter. S is used to fast (we have had two Hayabusa's) but he bottled it the wrong side of 175 and it was still going strong..

In the early 80's when they were still worth peanuts I had a 68 S-Type Jag & 67MB 280SE 3.5 Coupe.
Different as chalk & cheese, Jag was all leather, wood, chrome like a little gentleman's club.
The Merc was all tec for 67, leccy windows, roof, a/c, cruise control, fuel injected V8, push button radio.
I needed wings for both, they virtually laughed at me in the Jag dealership and not available. They were three days coming from Germany for the MB. I vowed never to buy another Jag again although my head was turned slightly by a nice S-Type R recently..
So best for me was the 67Merc and it kept me with them for years.
