getting verified??

Hi guys..it's after coming up in topic enough times but I still don't get it...every couple I seem to chat to writes back about me not being verified but I'm on this long enough and still can't seem to meet anyone that will take the chance..everyone started in same position as me but any help about this?

I don't have any really to be fair.. but I'm a fussy ass bugger in who I will meet.. and no a lot of time to meet.. but not bother about verify x
