It's amazing. Just been to sainsburys and got piss wet through. People running everywhere as it's coming in down in huge blobby raindrops.
I was already piss wet through so there seemed no point running and it felt great. The rain on my face.  |

"I'm gutted I missed it, was working in Berkshire today and was bright and sunny. Love a good thunder storm"
Really didnt miss much....4 flashes of sheet lightning and a couple of rumbles in Bristol |

Telford was fairly good.. Watched it from my office, with full length windows. 8pm darkness at 4 was a bit spooky though. Standing there in my lab coat.. Looked at the boss and said "I get the urge to laugh manically, and shout "throw the switches, Igor"".. So he limped off with "yeth, marthter".. Then we both cracked up.
Driving back with standing water, Puddles, and water coming up the bonnet and over the side windows was fun, too.. There are times my car really shows it's best side..Heh.

We had some great thunder and lightning today....just made me think about fucking during a summer storm....it's one of my fantasies. Today was perfect. I was at work  |

It was good watching it head north over Pendle Hill. It was night time, day time, night time, day time....
The best light show in ages. My god the rain though! I wish I'd had a decibel meter to measure the noise as it tried to force itself through the roof. I mean I like very loud and fast music, but this was LOUD!
All calm now and the leccy back on as if nothing had ever happened |

Apparently you did in Asda as the roof came down!! And it looked great watching over hambeldon hill wondering if my electric was the next to go and still weather warnings in place overnight 'up north'! |
