So what when you die will play you out of this world?
Any tunes ? Any music? Or just droll hymns?
Many threads about your fav song - but what will you be dead to?
myself
Frank Zappa - Watermelon in Easter Hay
That alone and nothing else i would like
No words - no sorrow - no nothing - just that guitar solo to see me out of this world and nothing else
If you have never heard it before check it out search it on youtubey
its fannntastic
Sooooooooooooooooo
Do you have a tune to be dead to

My choice - because of its sheer melodic beauty and its appropriate content - has to be "Who Knows Where The Time Goes" by Fairport Convention, sung by the very wonderful and much-missed Sandy Denny. |

"She's Gone" by Black Sabbath will make me pull the trigger.
"When I am laid in Earth (Dido's Lament)" from Dido and Aeneas by Henry Purcell for my funeral, just to really twist the hearts of those I leave behind. Sung by a PROPER singer too, not some pop singer doing a shitty cover version because they think they can pull it off. They can't. Only a serious opera singer can make the grade.
Jeeez, I feel depressed now.
Seriously. |

haven't a clue what will be playing just yet. But my coffins going to be carried by six of my fave 6'2 stud muffins, wearing nowt but tight white boxers. I shall obviously have paid mourners weeping and wailing. I quite fancy someone jumping onto my coffin as I'm lowered in and ummm I'm thinking White Palaminos pulling my glass hearse with Purple plumes (Yes I have far too much time on my hands |
