have any 1 had any dealing with this company

i have tried several times contact some one about payments an ofcourse the router problems - no 1 seams to answer,

as when i do get threw to the right department it gets cut off

Don't get me started. I've had no landline, WiFi, broadband, and hardly any phone signal for a week.

Fucking EE though. I've cancelled the direct debit and emailed them telling them to stick it up their arse.

Time talk and talk time consist of having a phone line it is by law I was with them before and. My friend in may asked if he could get broadband only then he told his friend who is a enginer and he said cancel we don't do broadband only but many claim to so they get a sale.

He said virgin is the only one and luckily he cancelled before the 14 days.

They're all the same. Happy to take your cash then don't want to know when you have issues. I find you need to be brutal with them. Finally sorted mine today. 1 month free and £50 token gesture.

Plus 1 month free for my mobile.

They're still cunts. I wrote and complained to ofcom and the ASA.

It's unacceptable.

dont use the mobile - wont take any vouchers from them they are taking off 2 much for the 4 months double the amount they should without telling me

enough is enough - i will be reporting them to ofcom also im in Paisley - i wanted virgin but couldn't get them

Stick it all down on an email fella. It's a formal written complaint. Threaten them with ofcom and watchdog. They hate it. You'll hopefully get it sorted and some recompense with a bit of luck, like I did.

tried to phone them this morning to no a vail - put me on hold for a near hour - even there options section is a joke getting cut of when you want the right section

now going 2 seek advice of what i can to get them cancel

I just went on to their website. ...clicked on make a complaint....put my name and phone number in and an agent started typing in less than 3 seconds....your welcome x

Virgin media are the worst, I'd never recommend them ever. My Virgin internets been play up since the beginning of August and not being fixed until November. 5 billion calls later and moans etc they're now knocking £20 of my monthly bill until it's fixed. And only because I pointed out I'm only getting half the Internet I'm paying for so should only be paying half price.

I've looked into other ones but it seems they're all crap! Grrr
