Yeah I'd agree absolutely - but hardly anything new?
Vaginas are in very short supply here - ergo some vaginas convince themselves that they are the BEST vagina and all penises should bow in homage! Then as if by magic - the vagina has turned into a cunt! (Without the aid of Dynamo!) |

Its basically you feel the world revolves around you, display confidencr and you have no empathy for others but deep down you are insecure and fragile.

I believe that a significant percentage of the population will have narcissistic traits, but far fewer have the formal diagnosis for which a number of traits would have to be identified together and is usually reserved for forensic (criminal justice) patients in this country.
It is thought that many sufferers avoid formal assessments, so there are perhaps more than statistics agree on, but still nowhere near as many as most guestimates or Internet scare stories |

The diagnostic criteria are generally listed as a majority of the following traits:
Needing constant admiration
Inability to empathise which leads to being....
Manipulative and exploitative of others
Fantasising about success, intelligence, attractiveness, etc.
Claims of being unique and superior
Sense of entitlement to special treatment therefore
Jealous of others and believing others are jealous of them
Grandiose, pompous and arrogant behaviour

By the time someone has full blown NPD they are pretty delusional in my opinion. Some are overtly abusive but many are passive aggressive. |

Not quite. True narcissists are abusive and leave their victim with PTSD and lifelong scars both mental and physical
