I know that it's not a very interesting topic.
I need to buy a new microwave as the door has fallen off mine.
It needs to be a reasonable size as I have seen some tiny ones. (Lol)
Apart from that, it doesn't really need to do very much, and I have no idea if technology has changed in such a way that microwaves can have additional features.
Anyway if anybody has a microwave that they feel is worth a recomendation please could they let me know. X |

I've had great service from a Panasonic microwave, but when I bought it, went for all the bells & whistles, including the grill function.
Honestly, don't think I've ever used most of the functions (including the grill), so my advice would be not to get lured in to buying a top end one if you're never going to use all the functions. ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

We buy from the lower price range as we only really use it to defrost, heat my tea up when i forget to drink it, make my porridge in the morning and cook frozen peas. Never had a problem with this.
The only thing that puzzles me about microwave ovens is why they have to make so many beeps, I don't need a musical accompaniment. |
