As an insomniac, I know the struggle, personally I would not be able to sleep next to a stranger though, I'm guessing you've tried different fabrics and lighting? Does music help at all? I've tried various soothing music but do better with metal. I'm odd.  |

Ha DFM, you've not seen any of the signs? No filters in conversation, awkwardness, extrovert one minute than awkward silence the next. Sensory seeking/stimulation, struggling with communication. They are the ones I struggle to mask. Anyone that has watched me scene will see all the stims ha x |
