Currently cringing at someones status thanking people for all the fabs and promising to get through their crap loads of mail later ... I always think this makes people sound like they are in a 90s boyband addressing their fanclub

Different folk have different perspectives on what gives them a buzz .
For some its attention , fabs , messages , meeting swinging friends for coffee etc.....,
For others it's the actual meeting and the thrill of the meet , rather than the chase , and that's all they need to be satisfied . No status updates , and often no veris displayed .
For the former , their status reflects their preferences - the same preferences we all applaud when we talk about other aspects of the swinging lifestyle .
So to be slating anyone for their style of updates seems a bit hypocritical to me . They clearly write it for their own personal reasons , and get a thrill from it . Let them enjoy it , it's harmless enough . |

What's an acceptable status update then? Lol
It seems some people just object to the concept as a whole.
On a site that's literally full of narcacistic people. I always find it amusing when people single out, a particular form of narcacism fit criticism. |
