And the anxiety and nerves are setting in
I was totally excited when I got the news but now I'm a nervous wreck
A few words of wisdom and encouragement would be greatly appreciated right now |

The fact that you were successful, means you were the best candidate over everyone else, and they have the confidence that you'll be able to do it - no worries
Have the same confidence in yourself, which they've shown by offering you the position. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Try and remember what excited you about the job and then remember that everyone there was new once.
Take a menthol stick for the 4pm headache that will come with trying to remember all the new information.
Pack your bag tonight and set out your clothes.
Go to bed and try and relax.
Good luck.

You'll be fine.
Nothing you're imagining will come to pass. Just try visualize what the perfect day would look like. Everything going right and you functioning at your optimum. Negative thoughts create negative feelings, positive thoughts create positive feelings. You will also automatically function better, if you've primed you're mind with positive outcomes, as those solutions will be easier to achieve. |

Exciting & nerve wracking all at the same time!
I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine in the morning after a good nights sleep.
How about a relaxing bath followed by a good book & bed.
Good luck for tomorrow x |

You'll be great OP.
This time tomorrow you'll be sat back with your mug of Horlicks wondering why you were so worried. Evidently they think you can do the job so I wouldn't sweat it too much. You'll be part of the team before you know it. Good luck |

The first day of any new job is usually all about meeting everyone and learning the ropes. Just enjoy it, try to stay excited. You'll do great and you should enjoy these early days when the pressure of the job hasn't built up yet |

If they are a decent employer; they won't be expecting you to be the world expert on day one;
Remember;,they offered you the job, so they want you .
Spend a bit of time getting to know your new co workers |

A few words of wisdom and encouragement would be greatly appreciated right now " Any reasonable employer will realize that it takes time to settle in. Just relax and be your normal self .
Congratulations on your new role . We have all experienced first day nerves so do not worry. |
