We are the neighbours  The guy next door regularly gets out of bed for a wank while listening to us, we're not bothered at all. We hear them too & have nicknamed him the egg timer! 
We heard the previous single fem neighbour once or twice too, Once we heard here say loudly "Oh you very naughty boy, I've not had one in there for a while"
Anyway a while later we had a little row about something and she mentioned she could hear everything so I responded "Yes I know I'll try and stop being a very naughty boy, but H does like it in there, so I might have to buy a gag of some sort".
End of conversation, bright red, gone, never to darken the doorstep again
