What sort of topics are meant for here now ?
It looks just the same as swingers chat ?
Not saying Thier is out wrong with swingers chat , but I thought the lounge was for general topics and the other for sexual topics ?
Or have I got it wrong ? |

I rarely look in the other rooms to be honest, I'm always here cause ya never know when a real gem of a thread will appear, yes you see the same old ones every day, but you do occasionally get some really good topics too. |

I did and do but that's my point since the politics thread was made Seperate i think the lounge had lost that spread of subjects a bit  |

Totally right. Some threads are sort of related to sexual politics or moral politics, or even moral politics, not party politics, and I am not sure where they go .... does mentioning a thread will get taken over by lefties relegate it to the politics forum? Too much titillation in the forums would be better in PMs .... but I suppose some people like to have an audience for their flirting. |

Although the QT thread, and a couple of others I would consider as politics have remained here.
I don't really look on the politics board now as it is so binary between the same handful of posters that it feels like Groundhog Day - whatever the thread is about.

The politics room was a reaction to the Brexit period where the number of threads did dominate. Now we are back to normality I think they would enhance the lounge if they were allowed back. |

All on a total con.....on the back of Browns crazy borrowing. PFI Funding which is now just a growing debt for the NHS and schools. Brown robbing all the pension funds blind and selling off our gold reserves at a fraction of their value.
Up until the last few years Bliar and Brown were a tag team decimating our economy! If that's success you can keep it! |

Yup, you nailed it.
I think the lounge is like those random conversations you have about random subjects when a group of friends get together for a bite to eat or an afternoon spent idling the time in a tea shop.
Some sensible conversation, some plain silliness, a bit of puss taking and maybe a bit of flirting thrown in.

The lounge is as far as I get in Fab, but it's an amusing place to be sometimes. There does seem to be a fair amount if crossover with swingers chat, but it's easy to be selective. |

The whole Fac Pic trend started on chat. It was a bit like BBC2 or BBC3 and the number of threads kept growing until it migrated to the lounge. |
