I once spent an embarrassingly long time trying to get out of someone's way in a clothes-shop, before realising I was walking towards a mirror

It depends where I'm going. Usually I wouldn't even look at it, but if I'm going to an interview or to meet someone then I might look to see how I'm doing and fix my hair.
