It really is as simple as clean eating and a good exercise regime.
Forget fad 'diets' in fact forget the word diet totally.
Call it lifestyle change instead. Encourages you to succeed in the longer term. The word diet lends itself to temporary fix mentality |

I got the best one. Make smart choices.
Swap bread with low fibre with whole-wheat. They have more fibre and make you feel full.
Or switch mince meat with meat that you cut up. Mince has 4 times more fat than a frying steak.
Chew loads and eat slowly. It gives signals to your brain you are eating. You will feel full quicker.

I think diets never work because people try to cut out everything or look for a quick fix you just need to change to a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise and then either a cheat meal or cheat day once a week |

Exactly why replacement works. You're eating the same but the micronutrients make a difference.
Although the ones with will power and motivation to exercise probably can do dieting. |

yea but you will lose weight "
Or you won't because your body will go into a state where it notices there is no nutrition entering so it will store everything it can get a hold of to preserve energy

Hiit (high intensity interval training)
Have a lean diet
Create healthy habbits
Drink lots of water
Consistancy is the key and nock alcohol on the head for a while |

Type it into to google and read a few websites.
That should give you a fair idea of what exercises to do and what foods to eat.
I find doing that most of the sites are basically saying the same thing maybe some things are a little bit different but just go with something that they all seem to agree on . |

I suck so badly with food, I'm an omnomisaurus rex. I am however good at hammering the gym. So if I want to eat the whole Bournville village, then I have to put the hours in.
It for me, if I want 200kcal of chocolate, the price is 30 minutes on an exercise bike at level 11. If I want a big mac, that's 45 minutes cross trainer.
Funny, how after your arse goes numb, and you have to go to A&E a few times for a proctologist to remove the exercise bike seat from your arse, how you decide you don't need that chocy bar so much
Aside from that, use a tracker like my fitness pal, or weight tracker or some other app to monitor everything you eat and drink and exercise you do.
I also find, smaller, more frequent meals helps me. |

Three day diet lose up to ten pounds in three days eat sensible other four exercise and lose more but definitely 10 done it lots in past.only do it max of once per month as dangerous for health other wise. |

Diet advice from a fat girl - but seriously I have tried Everything from starvation to meal replacements to cabbage soup to slimming pills.
And the only thing that works long term is slimming world. It naturally curbs your calorie intake without you thinking about it, just eat a third of every meal as speed foods. Eat a variety of foods, if you want a snack you can have one, if you need a cheat day, enjoy it and get back on plan the next day. It fits in your life and it's a total lifestyle change. 3stone down and plenty more to go |

Look at what you are eating.
When you are eating and the volumes.
Spread meals into smaller snacks thru the day. Rather than one or two massive meals.
Eating before you get starving hungry.
Increase protien, reduce carb laden food's.
So a typical day may look like
Breakfast
Porridge
Or
Scrambled egg with salmon or fresh tomatoes and mushrooms.
Black tea, Earl Grey no sugar or fresh water.
Mid morning.
Some nuts, seeds, carrot sticks.
Water or tea.
Lunchtime
Pre prepared salad.or pitta,
Protien shake
And a low fat yogurt.
Mid afternoon
Apple or banana, some nuts and seeds, water.
Evening meal
Skinless boneless chicken breasts, kale, broccoli, mange tout, maybe some boiled new potatoes or sweet potato wedges if you want.
Water
Mid evening
Small protien shake and water.
If snack is required
Some carrot sticks and maybe low fat humus.
Depending on what time you have your evening meal.
This is just a very rough idea there are many other options.
Combined with regular exercise should yield results in no time.

Simply ditch
Potatoes
Pasta
Bread
Avoid pre packed and tinned food as its stuffed with sugar.
Bin crisps, snacks,biscuits, sweets chocolate .
Reduce the booze
Eat any meat, veg, cheese,salad. Don't worry about fatty stuff, it's the carbs and sugars you need to avoid
