Better going to an organised greedy girl party etc. We tried sorting one last year, invited a load of guys, had 10 say they would definitely turn up, then had 10 no shows. This was after a few of them had texted to say they were on their way.
Never tried doing it ourselves since and never will. |

It's very hard to get them to a house or hotel; they all seem to want a free "girl friend experience" as a 1 to 1. (I don't do clubs - something about guys paying big entrance fees to come in and fuck me makes me feel a little uncomfortable.)
You need to not only find reliable guys who turn up but also ones who don't get "stage fright" in front of other men and consequently cannot perform. Once you have them there try and get everyone relaxed. It's fun not a final exam or competition and it can be very good fun for all!!  |

Similar thing happened to me when organising one for the Mrs, loads of interest initially, had 3 guys confirmed they where on their way and not one showed up, all verified members too  |

So many guys fantasise about this, then drop out. A friend organised one at my place, and had a list of ten men. Me and the two lads who turned up had a great time, as did she, but it didn't fulfil her fantasy.
Check their verifications, see if they play well with others.
Set a date far enough away that those who want to play, can make sure it is in their diary.
Invite at least twice as many as you want.

Yes! Why do they do that? They know they are not coming but refuse to tell the host in time, if at all. Cold feet is one thing but being an inconsiderate spineless keyboard wanker is another. |
