"i strut my stuff - hands on my belly to hide the wobbly bits- i feel sexy and thats all that matters- "
You have no need to hide anything. Great lingerie pics and I personally see nothing wrong with your body. You look sexy and as long as you fell sexy, you are sexy |

mine started when I was 40 " I thought I may be starting it but apparently I'm not. Got to admit I'm not looking forward to it |

I have to say I sailed through it, just the odd hot flush here and there, no HRT needed either but I'm also aware that every woman is different unfortunately |

I have to say, it's something that I have been getting pretty excited about lately..The prospect of a more mature lady, it would be all new to me, even a couple of years older, I always seemed to find myself with slightly younger ladies.
Absolutely ..all for it |

"what counts as mature to you?
hmmmm lets just say 50 plus x"
Surely that would warrant the word older as there isn't much of an age gap there. I would think that you would have to go a lot older as in at least twenty years your senior. |

isnt this all down to eye of the beholder and preference and all that..all my body works (most of the time) for that i am thankful
whether its great or not, well i think its ok for what my life has put it through..
so define 'great', from your perspective ? |

Agree with Suzy .... my almost 52 year old body annoys me more and more lately but it's generally healthy for which I'm grateful as a lot of people aren't so lucky.
I don't think it's 'great', not at all, but I know that's about confidence. Oher people might think so, or they might not - so long as they're not rude about it who cares ... I'd never presume to be attractive to all.

Yeah .... but *when* I was like 'that', I had no idea, and took no real advantage of it. I think back now and want to kick my 20s, 30s and even 40s self! I do have moments of thinking I'm 'okay' for my age but if you've lived a life pretty much hating your body it's a hard mindset to get out of. |

I met a woman (potential customer) yesterday in her running shoes, running pants, and a baggy t-shirt. She had lovely tits. She'd must be in her 60s maybe. Jeez, I couldn't stop looking at her, nice eyes great smile and great body. Yes, she was very hot. |

I wish I had your body!
I'm trying not to hate but accept my body.
It is there to serve us.
Loving it is the least we can do.
I've found mindfulness meditation to be very helpful with negative thinking. |

Thank you Suzy and Harlot for your nice words x
I wasn't fishing and certainly didn't intend to drag this thread into negativity or derail it - I think I'll have to go and kick my 50s self too!
But sure, it is the only body we've got so completely agree we should learn to love it and appreciate it - from which comes sexiness. Will check out mindfulness ... |

Confidence is beautiful regardless of shape, size or age. This is gender neutral. I am 45 and it took hitting my 40's to truly see myself and the journey continues...
I have stretch mark's...a lovely reminder of carrying my children
I have a surgery scar... I am still here.
I have not overly abused or minded my body for the last forty five years but I do love it and try to present it in the best way but at the end of the day...it is merely the casing for a feisty mad Irish woman who loves having fun... I would hope that the impression I leave behind me after meeting someone was god that was great fun as that lasts at lot longer than phwwoarrr |
