Which of all the English accents do we find most annoying
Mine is the Stoke accent
Just goes through me
And before the usual suspects start getting excited
I'm not saying I don't like the people
Just the accent |

I don't have an accent that I don't like apart from my own.. The dreaded scwelsh accent that comes with living right on the border. And for what its worth I happen to like the brim accent |

same here. I'm not keen on really harsh versions of any accent. A soft version of just about anything can sound nice |

I love the Geordie accent on a man. On a woman it grates on me so much. They sound dead whiney. But I don't judge by accents and not everyone the same. Oh and the scouse accent I love on a man but not a woman |

I agree I think it depends on dialect and tone also. Aswell as talking properly regardless of accent. X |

"Scouse makes me wish I was deaf."
Love hearing the Scouse accent, especially living up here.
Love all accents, even Welsh, but as a few have said it depends on the intonation and voice. I do like the Scottish though |

I wander what anyone would say whom are hearing impaired , I'm pretty sure they would think we are all superficial. I was just reading through and made me realise how diverse and wonderful we are as being in the UK. But if your deaf there's on one language , I'd love to learn sign language. |

When I worked in the hi-de-hi holiday camp we had a young dundee KP who I became mates with.
We were debating something one day.
I was saying "you can't do that"
He's saying "I ken"
I'm like "No you can't"
He's going "I KEN I FUCKING KEN"
I'd never heard it before so I thought he was saying "I can "
We became best mates.
His name was jock
