Have heard some awful soprano's....
Thats not being sexist, just the most common voice...
Have a listen to Laschia Ch'o Panga- Farinelli....from a movie but they had to blend a mezzo and alto voice to get anywhere near a castrati's sound X |

Have a listen to Laschia Ch'o Panga- Farinelli....from a movie but they had to blend a mezzo and alto voice to get anywhere near a castrati's sound X"

Jeez! no! They stopped cutting off young mens gonads centuries ago! Some of them made a fortune though and could still get an erection....I think there is only one crackly recording left of a castrati.....being men they had a larger chest capacity than women and having no balls and something to do with testosterone and voice, reached incredibly high notes |
