Natural sugars aren't as bad for you and fruit contains vitamins needed for a healthy body. People are the same with fat,but we need fat in our bodies. It's about the right kinds and amounts. Our bodies are factories that use chemistry between function. |

Anyone watch that program couple months ago ?
The truth about food I think it was called ?
There's little difference between 2 boiled eggs and 2 rashers of grilled bacon than there is a bowl of various breakfast cereals infact the eggs and bacon actually ended up being more beneficial

It's how we digest and distribute the nutrients in our food that is important too. I read that minerals are more important than vitamins. I have no idea which minerals are in what foods. |
