When doing more strongman its more heavy metal, the heavier the better. Rammstein, White Zombie, Fear Factory, Soad, Coal Chamber, anything heavy and angry.
When doing cardio, I want lighter and faster, Sam and Womp, Blue Pearl, Nomad, Bizarre Inc, Rhihanna, N-Trance, Emma Louise, Shannon, loads old and new.
