I have just met a very attractive woman whilst out walking the dog. She too was a dog walker, but had stopped to pick blackberries. She was wearing rather tight jeans, and was bent over a bush.Whilst our dogs frolicked and sniffed, we exchanged social pleasantries, but no impromptu sexual activity occurred, not even a BJ. What was I doing wrong? It feels as if an opportunity as missed.

Well the first mistake you made was not to ascertain who's bush she was blatantly stealing the fruit from. It obviously wasn't her bush so you missed an opportunity to make a citizens arrest for theft. This would have then put you in a much stronger position to demand a blow job.
The fact that she was also wearing provocative jeans was an obvious indicator that she was gagging for it.
Next time this happens just learn from this experience and forget the pleasantries, you have caught a thief in the act so take full advantage. She either sucks you off or your taking her down to the station!

OP, I am genuinely puzzled that you did not receive your blow job.
