i just let myself drift into the next dodgy situation that fucks my head up...
I found Louise Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life helpful."
i'm in some narc/sociopath support groups. they tend to help me deal with the after effects of everything and they do tell you what triggers/flags to look out for but i tend to ignore them still, that's the only issue that needs sorting really - to not ignore red flags and warning signs, no idea why i do it. |
