It's called edging. I do it all the time. Basically just keep wanking to the point of orgasm then stop before you shoot your load. I can manage about 3 hours. When you finally cum there's bucket loads and the orgasm is really intense.
I've tried it over a couple of days before but generally can't go more than 2 days without cumming.
