Finding it really difficult to find, it's harder than you think (no pun intended)

I've been looking for 4 years on and off. You have to sift alot of shit on this site, however if your standards are low then as the poster above has said you will be 'snapped up straight away'. Personally I'd rather have a wank than spend 5 minutes in the company of some of the people on here. |

Yeah I'd love an fwb - but most on here seem to think the next fuck is always the best fuck - however mind-blowing a time you both had - so I can't see it happening!

Ok I see a lot of you seem to be looking for a fwb with out much luck it seems.
The no luck bit is a mystery to me if I'm being honest here .
Maybe it’s the sexual dynamic I engage in and actively search out but I seem to have no problem finding regular play partners who stay in touch by that I mean as often as daily and never go past a few days with out a chat. .who would meet me for a coffee or a drink with no sex involved as well as meet me for regular fun frolics and sex ,
Not saying it doesn’t take time but that’s all it seems to take in my experience.
I personally think you need a couple of fwb because although it’s a commitment to another person real life takes precedent over fun but hay the same thing happens in any type of friendship that’s why you always have a few close friends or a circle of friends .
A exclusive arrangement is different from fwb in my book more like boyfriend and girlfriend than friends with benefits but I'm assuming no one on here is truly looking for that as there are better options out there for finding that than a sex or swinging site.
I personally think sex gets better the more you invest t in the other person and the more often you practice sex with them .so for me if I want that truly mind blowing experience I will never forget, I'm going to have to learn my fwb true weaknesses in between the sheets and mercilessly exploit them to truly spur them into giving me everything they have to give sexually blowing my and their mind in the process hopefully
Oh well people my take on the fwb dynamic and why I actively only search out that dynamic because I believe its not enough to say you want a fwb .you also have to say what it means to you and why you want that above just one nightstands . |

this! know what you are looking for,don't get distracted/ talked out of it and when you find it, put the effort in..im lucky, but then ive been proactive too. i would say i was poly, nurturing meaningful non monogamous relationships. i value those people in my life, i make sure i tell them too, without being 'clingy' x |

As for us this topic sort of ties on with the other "How far would you travel" we though we'd put our answer here too..
For what we want, 200ish miles & a hotel weekend away for us, We'd only be able to manage once a month or so though if that far. After reading a few forum topics though, talking & visiting clubs we reckon we are nearer poly than play so who they are is far far more important than where they are..
