Cake. Cakes go hard when there going off, biscuits got soft. Bit of knowledge for you there

A Jaffa cake is officially a cake…in 1991 a VAT tribunal decided on this issue.

Cakes are exempt from VAT but luxury biscuits (covered in chocolate) are subject to it.
