I guesse everyone's got a different look on milfs and cougars as to the age. Isnt a cougar just an older woman looking for a younger man. So she could be any age really. I always thought in her 40s. It's a problem with "modern" sayings and labels being misused..
Milf: is a man's individual desire and not all mothers are one to him, ergo all women with children are not Milfs.
Cougar: is an older lady who prays sexually on young men so ditto not all older ladies are cougers.
