Who or what caused it?
I was out with an old friend last week in a toy shop, and he dragged me round a corner, pointed in the right direction... and there was a massive fluffy sparkly UNICORN on the top shelf. I did squeal quite a bit. |

I'm going to do the same. I'm so excited. I don't know if it's a boy or girl yet though. I need to get planning. |

Strange one.... my niece came "out" and decided I would be the first she told; she was so worried about the family judging her; we went for lunch and I felt honoured with that trust; had a smile and a little (over proud) tear |

I smile all the time but the biggest smile was when my adopted grandma rocked up to my hotel yesterday. She was at the front desk as I sauntered into work and announced she had booked a room for the week. It made me smile a mile wide. The prosecco she brought me helped too |

Today, start of the bank holiday weekend, seeing my parents happy, being by the coast, starting a new job soon. Just put me in a good mood and therefore easier to smile at everything. |

Today with my kids. I had to take them to work with me and they were pushing each other around the walled garden in a plant trolley. Their giggles made my heart burst

I often smile, Cal always makes me happy.
I smiled during my dance/gym class this evening and with colleagues at work (clients are often unintentionally amusing).
This thread is making me smile too

Not a day has passed over the last six months where I haven't closed my eyes and smiled when I think of how blessed I am at present.
Long may my happy times continue as I'd loathe to return to the 'past' sad despairing years. |

Yesterday, I started listening to a podcast in the car on the way to work, it is titled "My dad wrote a porno"
It's a guy who's dad wrote the book and his two friends (one make one female), reading it out loud and discussing the content.
It's the funniest thing I've heard in a long time.
You know that thing where people stare at you whilst stuck in traffic and wondering why you're laughing your tits off in a car on your own? It's that kind of funny.

Can it be a sarcastic smile? Or does it have to be a proper happy smile?
Sarcastic smile? Everyday. When you work with the client group that I do, some serious shit comes out their mouth, you have to smile. Or punch them. But that's kind of illegal.
Happy smile? When I took my 2 year old nephew to the beach for the first time last week. |

10 mins ago, in the shop and two young boys were buying ice cream, they were short on money so I gave them a pound. They then insisted on carrying my shopping back to my car to say thank you. It was sweet and made me |
