There never seems to be any middle ground with a woman's horn. On the horny scale (out of 10) men will always hover around an 8. Going up to 10 when feeling horny. Women however seemingly hover around a 6 or 7 normally but when they're up for it they seem to fly up to about a 15! They even make threads about their horn or put it in their status updates. Men don't tend to act quite like this. So my questions are these...

Maybe its to do with procreation or something, are men not designed to spread their seed and women are biologically designed to mate to create new life..?
hence when a woman is in that state she will be at a higher level of arousal for the process to be successful..
probably got that totally wrong and it does all sound a bit cold and clinical..
an aroused woman is pretty awesome and amazing, pretty much convinced that some men find this too much to live up to..

It's totally to do with hormones. I can have Sex when not particularly horny and still enjoy it but mid cycle im horny as hell- can't get enough, don't feel satisfied even after a dozen orgasms. That's why swinging is great as Paul needs a helping hand when I'm like that  |

You have a point. We're a horny lot. When we're in the horn zone we need to be sexed up fast. Pesky hormones.
When I've flown up the scale (only 15?) the last thing that is sensible to do is put up a status or a thread. For me that would just give me more chances to make a bad decision.
Instead I send messages to all my friends in hope they're feeling charitable. |

It's hormones, I can go a long time between sex but when it's my time of the month I get horny. I have dreams that I'm using my vibrator and have phantom orgasms which wake me up and make me go in my bedside drawer for my rabbit, have a few orgasms and go back to sleep. |

Yup, either no interest at all or I cannot get enough!! I have been known to have days, when once the children have been deposited at school, when I spend most of the day with my selection of toys if no offer of help is around. And sometimes that just isn't enough!    |

I have my
Motor going most of the time probably around 6 ......
Then a man pops along....
1.
He compliments me
2.

3.

I tend to either be super turned on or not really interested. When I'm not really interested I still have sex but I'm not being as adventurous, I'm not interested in long sessions, and i don't really feel like having sex with anyone other than Marc.
But when I'm turned on its madness I really need it, and I want it constantly. Sometimes it annoys Marc, who works from home and doesn't like me jumping him when he is focused on work. My vibrators tend to get a workout then. But I'm also more adventurous and looking to explore more.

I'm probably hovering around 7 or 8 most of the time but I'm not tuned into it cos I don't actually have sex very often. It's kinda like when someone says 'are you hungry?' and you then suddenly realise you are!
However, there are certain times when that flies up to around 15, and this is usually when I'm ovulating and again when I'm menstruating which is handy as a bit of DIY helps with the cramps |
