I am always calm....just because i happen to disagree with someone doesn't mean I'm calling in the hit men to bump them off. The fab forum isn't that important....besides i find it really irritating when everything's covered in glitter...it gets into some really annoying places

Ah...that's a whole different thing. People without the ability to argue a point without being insulting. ...a lot will depend on how the regular posters interact with each other. That tends to change quite often. It only takes one dominating personality to change the whole feel of a thread.

I am very chilled and zero tension in the forums from me. Albeit I am direct, I don't engage in any fluff type threads but that shouldn't be interpreted in any other way bar them not being my thing or me not that type of person.

I sometimes think we have unrealistic expectation of the harmony expected but it reflect life. Some ups and some downs.

Just do your thing with people who will do theirs with you and ignore the rest.

The level of white knighting that goes on also makes it hard to have a discussion without it getting personal. It happens on all forums but not to the extent it happens on here.
