I have a very successful rule. I do not send a face pic before I receive one unless I was the person to make first contact. Those unhappy with it are welcome to block me  . |

If I send the 1st message. Then I send my mugshot with it. If someone else initiates a conversation, I'd prefer they did the same.
If I sent my pic and they're not interested I don't expect them to then send me their pic anyway, if they're not interested then it becomes irrelevant. Nor do I send my pic to anyone I'm not interested in. |
