Had shingles fornight ago not that i knew thats what it was until doctor diagnoised it was starting to feel better
until yesterday then started vomiting again with headache and fever and yes the damn shingles rash is back and because ive just had treatment for it i carnt have anymore
ive just got to drink plenty and take paracetemol
excuse my spellin
dos any1 know how long shingles last or of a home remedy?

Sorry to say hun but the aftermath of shingles can last a while. I treat a lady who had shingles a years ago and still suffers now. However i also treated a lady who has shingles for 2months in 2014 and has been fine since.
Either way shingles is not an illness that last few days. So rest loads you need it xx |

L-Lysine ( available from health food shops, Holland & Barrett or the like. It certainly helps me,i have recurrent shingles (fingers crossed not flared within the last six months).
I also use 1% hydrocortisone cream, it seems to dry up the blister like phase faster.
