Yeah I've seen various clips on You Tube and it looks fairly easy. ..as long as you use distilled water or saline |

Thats right ...that distills it as it's not advisable to use tap water neat |

Boiling water does not make it distilled. The steam from the water needs to be collected for it to be distilled and that's a fairly complicated business to do. |

There's nothing especially magical about these pots, though flushing your sinuses with an appropriate solution is helpful. Very dilute saline solution is ideal, where the water is prepared as others point out. |
