The Christopher Nolan Batman movies. Also have a soft spot for the first Tim Burton Batman, and the Christopher Reeve Superman.
Deadpool and The Wolverine were also good. |

It technically wasn't a true Marvel movie. Although based on Marvel characters, the X-men films (and spin-offs, like Deadpool) are owned and produced by Fox. In terms of quality, Fox have been a bit hit-and-miss, producing some excellent stuff (X2, Deadpool) and some stinkers (X3, Wolverine Origins). Marvel have done much better with the stuff they've produced in-house. This is why I'm very excited about the fact that Spider-Man is back in the Marvel fold after a couple of distinctly average movies from Sony. Good times ahead!  |

This subject has caused many a debate between me and friends.
For getting the characters close to the source material-Deadpool (except Ajax didn't create him)
Watchmen
The Dark Knight (only for Ledger though)
People also forget that Blade is a comic book film too
Wolvey origins/all his singular films, F4 (all of them), BvS, TDKR, Civil War....were all disappointing. |
