what funny thing happened to you today?
i nearly fell if the treadmill at lunchtime when i was doing circuits at work....scary at the time and i have hurt my shoulder a bit but makes me giggle now
especially as it was at the end of the session and i should have known the treadmill was running at speed as i have been jumping on and off for 45 mins!! |
